Mechanics:
1. Promo is valid from
March 1,2008 to May 31,2008 in all participating Michelin
dealers nationwide.
2. A single-receipt
purchase of Michelin passenger car/ light truck (PCLT) tires of
the same pattern and size entitles consumer to a complimentary
fuel gift certificate which can be redeemed at select Petron
outlets nationwide.
3. The amount of fuel
gift certificates to be issued to the consumer depends on the
quantity per tire size and pattern of purchased Michelin tires,
as follows:

4. Prior to the
issuance of the fuel gift certificates,

6. Petron gift
certificates valid for one year upon issuance.
7. A single fuel gift
certificates are subject to Petron's own terms
conditions.
8. The fuel gift
certificates are subject to Petron's own terms and
conditions.
9. This promotion cannot
be used in conjunction with any other sales
activities in and
by the dealer.
10. To the extent permitted by
law, the promo organizer shall not be
liable for any loss,
damage, theft or any other mishap that may
occur as a result
of the person's participation in this promo.
